When I contacted their office, I was desperately in need of an attorney I could effectively communicate with that was willing to take the time to understand the complexities and the sentimental value of items at stake where no prenuptial or postnuptial existed. From the moment Terri answered the phone with a caring and calming tone through Darin providing me detailed comments for the CFJ to ensure all issues were resolved post-divorce—and everything in between—the level compassion, preparedness and results was better than I expected. During the hearing, Darin’s prior preparation and effective argumentation achieved results even more favorable than expected. The results obtained in hearing, mediation, and later codified in the CFJ, were directly tied to Darin’s professionalism, preparedness, and remarkable ability to gather, interpret and apply relevant case law and statutes to achieve most favorable results. However, what sets him apart is his preparation. He does not leave a stone unturned. He does his homework, knows the details better than anyone in the room, and walks into court never out prepared. Also a huge thanks and appreciation to his wonderful paralegal Terri, she’s a gem! This amazing attorney is also a straight shooter. He won’t shy away from telling you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. There are no inflated promises or unnecessary drama. Just honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and meticulous preparation, which I believe is a rarity in this field Most recently, he helped me regain my parenting time with my children after a very difficult and emotionally complex situation. Here's a hint, if it takes 2 or 3 weeks to get a consultation with him that's because he is in high demand. He's in high demand because he's good. But as a result, I have felt very satisfied with the outcomes. There were also times when they recommended another Law Firm when they felt it they would be better suited for my particular legal challenge.
